BC Doctors Settlement

Grant Kovacs Norell has negotiated a tentative settlement with the BC Government and Medical Services Commission respecting the MSP negative or bad debt issue that fee-for-service doctors faced from July 24, 1992 to April 30, 1996.

The hearing for the approval of the settlement agreement is set for July 11, 2016 in the Vancouver Registry of the British Columbia Supreme Court.
