Gurminder Sandhu

Gurminder practices public/private insurance defence, personal injury and commercial litigation. In particular, he is experienced in major personal injury, property, subrogation, coverage, commercial and multi-party claims. He has extensive experience mediating complex claims and conducting trials at all levels of court.
Gurminder has prepared and presented articles on civil and insurance litigation extensively throughout his career. His peers have elected him to the 2008-11 CBA Provincial Council and appointed him to various CBA BC Committees. He has aslo served on the BC South Asian Bar Association Executive from 2008 to 2010. He also routinely assists the PLTC Program by supervising students during their Civil trial and Chambers practice exercises.
